All our watches and accessories come with the brands’ standard manufacturers warranty, our Pre-Owned watches have a minimum warranty of two years, for which you get a separate/extra warranty card.
Please check in the warranty booklet what is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Keep the guarantee booklet and the guarantee card securely stored in case you suddenly need them. In general, the manufacturer’s- and ORDILU warranty cover only defects in the movement itself, and exclude parts such as the watch case, the glass and the watch band. These parts are excluded because they are subjected to external wear. The warranty does also not cover damage caused by normal daily or excessive use or abuse to the watch case, glass or watch band. Water damage is also not covered if the watch has not been used according to the guidelines set by the manufacturer. The warranty of your watch will be voided if repairs are made by an external party other than the authorised dealer of the brand or us. If you wish to have your watch repaired outside your warranty period, we would be happy to help you facilitate the repair through us and/or the authorised dealer. If your product is damaged or not (fully) functional on arrival, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
