1. Fill out the form as thoroughly as possible.
We will contact you within 24 hours (on business days) to discuss your proposal.

2. If we reach an agreement, we will provide you with a free, insured shipping label to send your watch to us.

3. Once we receive your watch, we will carefully inspect it and confirm its condition back to you.

4. If the watch matches the described condition:

For trade-ins: We will send you an invoice for any remaining amount to be paid before shipping your new watch.
For sales: we will send you an invoice for the amount that will be transferred to you.
If the trade-in value exceeds the cost of the new watch, we will send the invoice for the new watch and transfer the remaining exeeding value to you.
If your watch doesn’t meet the condition described it will be returned to you.
