This offers the double advantage that the built-up spring tension in the movement is slowly reduced and the operation is so quiet that it remains unnoticeable even during the quietest hours. Missed rotations in this phase are reliably made up for in the active phase of the watch winder. LED interior lighting ensures that the watches in the watch winders are presented perfectly even in low ambient light.
