As long as items are still in your shopping basket, you can still change your order. you can, for example, delete or add items. After you have completed the ordering process, it is no longer possible to change your order. Are you an authorised dealer?<\/summary>

Yes, we are authorised dealer of almost all the brands that we sell, all our watches and accessories come with the brands\u2019 standard manufacturer\u2019s warranty. All our watches, including the Pre-Owned watches have a minimum warranty of two years, which we provide and for which you get a separate\/extra warranty card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I did not receive an order confirmation mail and\/or track and trace mail. What now?<\/summary>

Usually you will receive the confirmation e-mail immediately after your order, but sometimes it is delayed. Please check your mailbox again after a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive the track & trace code when your parcel has left our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which couriers do you use?<\/summary>

We work with DHL, UPS, and PostNL as our main shipping couriers. The courier handling your delivery depends on your location. Orders placed before 19:00 CET are dispatched the same day. Every shipment includes track & trace, and you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been shipped.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the shipping costs?<\/summary>

Shipping costs at ORDILU are always free above \u20ac75,00. Your parcel is shipped insured as standard. You can also choose the Express shipping method, by paying an extra fee so that your parcel will be shipped with fast insured speed service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I also pick up my order?<\/summary>
